Girls of 14 pick fights for no reason... many depend on drink to cope
A DRUNKEN rabble(a noisy or violent crowd of people)of teenagers insult passers-by and it's clear that at any moment their taunts (a cruel remark that is intended to make someone angry or upset)could explode into violence.
Until recently these gangs(a group of young people who spend time together and often cause trouble)were made up of male youths, but now more and more teenage GIRLS are also turning to drunken violence.

In a week where female violence has dominated the headlines, one woman knows exactly what it is like to be on the frontline.

Peaches Cadogan was just 20 when she was jailed for two robberies, fraud, deception and handling stolen goods.

The mum of one, from Hackney, East London, says: "After problems at home I started hanging out on the streets and, in 1998, I was sentenced to two years in prison.

"My four-year-old daughter was left without her mother and, when I came out, I had to work hard to prove I could be a good parent."
She did turn her life around and set up youth work organisation Reality Bytes, which uses art, drama and other motivational work to help young people at risk and in trouble. She says: "The girls we work with have started fights just because they feel like it, and are in that mood.

"I see girls drinking from the age of 14. They see it as cool. They have been involved in fighting and brawling (to fight in a noisy way, especially in a public place), and behaving anti-socially.

"Playing around with someone is a game to them, but they often have no other alternative. They can't get into a school as their behaviour is too bad, and 75 per cent of the young ladies I work with are either in pupil referral units or aren't in education."

Alcohol is often a huge part of the problem. Peaches says: "I see more and more young ladies becoming dependent on drink as it provokes a sense of being able to deal with anything.

"After alcohol they can be violent. But we have to look at influences from their families. If Mum and Dad are alcoholic they will see having a drink every day before 10am as normal."

Last week sickening footage of five women brutally attacking a defenceless man in Grimsby shocked the nation and illustrated the link between drinking and violence.
They each admitted affray (a noisy argument or fight in a public place) and were yesterday jailed for six months.

The women, all family, had been boozing all day and picked on an innocent passer-by as he walked home from a night out. CCTV shows them flinging punches and kicks as their victim holds up his arms in surrender.

After the court case, victim Matthew Campbell, 38, a commerical driver, said: "It was an attack for no reason, that was the confusing part. You expect women to behave differently."
One of the gang, Katie Tomlinson, 21, from Grimsby, confesses her love of booze on social networking site Bebo. She admits: "Happiest When im all stella'd up n partyin."

Like Matthew Campbell, Richard Tailby, 21, was also set upon by a gang of women in Grimsby. Richard was attacked in a car park by three women after his pal jokingly wolf-whistled them. Vanessa Delaney, 38, Claire Edwards, 25, and Sally Pawson, 24, all from Grimsby, had been drinking vodka and one even turned up at court clutching a can of lager (a type of light-coloured beer, or a glass of this beer).

They admitted assault and magistrate Mike Corry told them: "You were like a pack of animals chasing their prey." But each walked free in August with three-month suspended jail terms.

Richard told : "It was frightening because I'd done nothing to deserve it. I don't go out now. If I want a drink I stay at home."

And the Grimsby girls are not alone. In February air hostess Lisa Kee, an ex-model, was jailed for two and a half years for slashing a student in the face with a glass following a bar row.

Kee, 29, of Stockport, Cheshire, threw wine over Liam Sharrat then dragged a jagged glass down his face, slicing open his cheek, after he laughed at her in a trendy nightspot.

Her sentence was cut to 21 months on appeal but her victim, a 26-year-old PhD student suffered post-traumatic stress disorder and permanent scarring. Meanwhile in a Gloucester nightclub, Karina Maguire, 19, punched a man then took off a stiletto (stilettostiletto heela thin high heel on a woman’s shoe) and attacked him with the heel. Michael Freeman was left with blood pouring from a wound near his eye. In February Maguire got three months' jail suspended for two years, and a curfew.
Statistics released last week from the British Crime Survey revealed assaults by women had soared by 150 per cent in ten years. In 1998 3,209 common assaults were committed by females, but that figure rocketed to 8,068 last year.

Violence is now the top reason for women being arrested in England and Wales, overtaking shoplifting and handling stolen goods.

And British schoolgirls are now the worst drunks in Europe, with 33 per cent of 13 and 15-year-olds having been drunk at least twice - more than double the numbers in France and Italy.

Peaches says: "These girls need help boosting their self-esteem, and to come back into the community. They need support in education.

"More and more young ladies are dependent on alcohol for social reasons. By having alcohol they feel they can escape reality.

"But we have a generation of young people whose parents have always said, 'Help yourself', as opposed to managing their drinking. Both parents and young people need to take responsibility."

BRITAIN'S binge(too much)-drinking capital has been slapped with a tough city-wide BOOZE (alcoholic drink) BAN to "reclaim the streets" from late-night revellers (someone who enjoys themselves at a lively and noisy party or celebration by dancing, singing, and drinking alcohol(.
Police in Cardiff have been given powers to confiscate alcohol from people drinking in public - and arrest anyone who defies them.
It is the first time such a ban has covered an entire city - and could lead the way for other major British cities blighted (to cause serious damage or harm to something( by booze.
Cardiff has become notorious as Britain's capital for raucous(rude, noisy, and violent) hen(female) and stag(male) parties.
Scenes of drunken women making fools of themselves and boozed-up blokes starting fights have become a regular sight in the city.
MP Jenny Willott said the new powers will allow law-abiding citizens to "reclaim the streets".
She said: "Late night alcohol-fuelled crime and anti-social behaviour is a huge problem.
"People deserve to have a night out without the fear of intimidation and violence.
"This ban should help the law-abiding and responsible majority to reclaim the streets."
The Designated Public Place Order — a power introduced by the Home Office — does not make drinking in public illegal.
But police can order people to stop drinking on the streets and confiscate their alcohol.
Anyone failing to comply can be arrested.
The order follows the revelation that drink was responsible for more than half the violent assaults in Cardiff city centre in the past 12 months.
Chief Superintendent Josh Jones said: "We are investing a lot of time, energy and resources to deal with the issue.
"It's a massive problem, and we know it's the public's number one concern."

السؤال

فضيلة الشيخ:
آمل بيان صحة حديث مشتهر بين الناس وبعض الناس يقوم بإرساله عبر الجوال، والحديث عن أنس رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول إذا دخل رجب: (اللهم بارك لنا في رجب وشعبان وبلغنا رمضان).
وهل لرجب فضيلة؟


الجواب

الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لانبي بعده؛ وبعد.
فهذا الحديث مشهور على الألسنة، والشأن في بيان صحته من ضعفه، فيقال: الحديث أخرجه عبد الله بن أحمد في زوائد المسند (2346)، والبزار في مسنده، -كما في كشف الأستار (616)-، والطبراني في الأوسط (3939)، وفي الدعاء (911)، وغيرهم من طريق زائدة بن أبي الرقاد عن زياد النميري عن أنس.
وآفة هذا الإسناد زائدة بن أبي الرقاد، فإن كلام الأئمة فيه شديد، ويكفي فيه قول إمام الصنعة ـ أبي عبدالله البخاري ـ: منكر الحديث، وهي الكلمة التي اعتمدها ابن حجر في تقريبه. ومع ضعفه الشديد، فقد تفرد به عن أنس ـ كما نص عليه الطبراني في "الأوسط"، وهذه علة أخرى للحديث.
ومن باب تكميل الفائدة، فقد ذكر بعض العلماء أنه لا يثبت في صوم رجب لا نهياً ولا ندباً حديث صحيح، منهم: النووي في شرح مسلم 8/39، وشيخ الإسلام في "الفتاوى" 25/290، بل قال ـ كما في المستدرك على مجموع الفتاوى 3/178 ـ: "وسائر الأحاديث التي وردت في فضل الصوم فيه موضوعة …" ا.هـ، وابن القيم في المنار المنيف (97)، وابن رجب في "اللطائف" (228) ، وتبيين العجب بما ورد في شهر رجب لابن حجر (ص23) .

حديث

وعن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: كانت ناقة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم العضباء لا تسبق، أو لا تكادُ تسبقُ، فجاء أعرابي على قعود له، فسبقها فشق ذلك على المسلمين حتى عرفه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: (( حق على الله أن لا يرتفع شيء من الدنيا إلا وضعهُ)) رواه البخاري.



الشرح


قال العلامة ابن عثيمين رحمه الله
ذكر المؤلف حديث أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه في قصة الأعرابي الذي جاء بقعود له، ناقة ليست كبيرة، أو جمل ليس بكبير، وكانت ناقة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم العضباء وهي غير القصواء التي حجّ عليها، هذه ناقة أخرى، وكان من هدي الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام أنه يسمي دوابه وسلاحه وما أشبه ذلك.
فالعضباء هذه كان الصحابة رضي الله عنهم يرون أنها لا تُسبق أو لا تكاد تُسبق، فجاء هذا الأعرابي بقعوده فسبق العضباء، فكأن ذلك شقَّ على الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لما عرف ما في نفوسهم: ((حقٌ على الله ألا يرتفع شيء من الدنيا إلا وضعه)).
فكل ارتفاع يكون في الدنيا فإنه لابد أن يئول إلى انخفاض، فإن صحب هذا الارتفاع ارتفاع في النفوس وعلو في النفوس، فإن الوضع إليه أسرع؛ لأن الوضع يكون عقوبة، وأما إذا لم يصحبه شيء، فإنه لابد أن يرجع ويوضع؛ كما قال الله تبارك وتعالى : (إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا كَمَاءٍ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فَاخْتَلَطَ بِهِ نَبَاتُ الْأَرْضِ مِمَّا يَأْكُلُ النَّاسُ وَالْأَنْعَامُ)(يونس: 24)أي ظهر فيه من كل نوع.
( حَتَّى إِذَا أَخَذَتِ الْأَرْضُ زُخْرُفَهَا وَازَّيَّنَتْ وَظَنَّ أَهْلُهَا أَنَّهُمْ قَادِرُونَ عَلَيْهَا أَتَاهَا أَمْرُنَا لَيْلاً أَوْ نَهَاراً فَجَعَلْنَاهَا حَصِيداً كَأَنْ لَمْ تَغْنَ بِالْأَمْسِ )(يونس: 24)ذهبت كلها. كل هذه الزينة، وكل هذا النبات الذي اختلط من كل صنف، كله يزول كأن لم يكن، وهكذا الدنيا كلها تزول كأن لم تكن، حتى الإنسان نفسه يبدو صغيراً ضعيفاً، ثم يقوى، فإذا انتهت قوته عاد إلى الضعف والهرم، ثم إلى الفناء والعدم، فما من شيء ارتفع من الدنيا إلا وضعه الله عزّ وجلّ.
وفي قوله عليه الصلاة والسلام : "(( من الدنيا )) دليلٌ على أن ما ارتفع من أمور الآخرة فإنه لا يضعه الله، فقوله تعالى: ( يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ )(المجادلة: 11) ، هؤلاء لا يضعهم الله عزّ وجلّ ما داموا على وصف العلم والإيمان، فإنه لا يمكن أن يضعهم الله؛ بل يرفع لهم الذكر ، ويرفع درجاتهم في الآخرة، والله الموفق

قد تكون الشجرة لم تجد من يعتني بها أو يسقيها ويرويها! أو لربما ليست شجرة وإنما هي رسم وخيال من مبدع أو مبدعة في فن الرسم والتأليف والترتيب وإيحاء الواقع في أعين البسطاء ليروا الرسم والفن حقيقة مجسمة ومجسده لها روح وكيان ، لعلهم ولعلنا نصحوا الآن لنصتدم بتلك الصورة التي أردنا أن نرحل لها لنسقيها ونعتني بها على أمل أنها شجرة حقيقة

وتمضي السنين - شهر مارس وما فيه

شهر مارس يحمل في طياته الكثير من الذكريات السعيدة والمتوسطة في حياتي ، سبحان الله هذا الشهر غالباً منذ سنوات أنزل فيه رحلة قصيرة لمصرنا الحبيبةو فيه أيام من 18 مارس وحتى 24 مارس ذكريات لن تنسى وأيام كانت تغمرني السعادة فيها إلى حد أعتقاد أنها أيام لا تمر ، ولكنها مرت وأصبحت ذكرى ، ومرت السنون ويأتي مارس وبإذن الله أخطط للنزول ولكن لن تكون كالسابقة ، وإنما ربما للتذكر وربما للمرور بنفس الأماكن لعلها تجلب نفس السعادة التي أصبحت أتشوق لمجرد تذكرها ، وفي نهاية الشهر يومي 27 و28 أيضاً رغبة في أرسال تهنئة لمن أتشوق لتهنئتهم وأعلم بأنهم لن يروا هذه الكلمات ربما إلا بعد أعوام أو ريما لا يرونها
وعموماً يكفي أني أتمنى لهم كل الحير والتوفيق ولعل الأيام تجمعنا لما هو خير وعلى خير والله المستعان

وتمر الشهور

منذ فترة طويلة أحاول الكتابة لكني لم أستطع ، لا أدري لعدم وجود الوقت أم لعدم الرغبة في الإفصاح أم ماذا؟ عموماً لعلي إرضاء لنفسي أكتب هذه السطور محاولاً أن ألتمس أسباب لبعض ما يجري أو ما يحدث حولنا ولا أسهل من أستخدام أبيات شعر قد تفصح بشكل أو أخر عما أريد بأسلوب أرقى مما يمكن أن أستخدمه خاصة وأنه مغلف بالكتمان والإيحاء الذي قد لا يفهمه غير القليل ممن هو قريب منى وهذا هو المطلوب ليس أكثر
